The package provides you with 6 one-hour online sessions + an initial 20-minute preparation session. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and delivered at a time that fits in with your busy schedule.

Alternatively, you can choose to purchase individual sessions.

You can be located anywhere in the world and all you need for each session is your computer and an internet connection. You will meet your coach online and that coach will work with you throughout your tailored program.

The Regular option includes bonuses of:

  • Weekly tips for 3 months
