Our in person and online programs are designed to have minimal impact on your staff's working day. We also have a number of self-paced online courses that can fit easily into your team's schedule.

Ideally, a workshop would have 10-12 participants. However, we have worked with larger groups so we are happy to discuss your requirements. Coaching sessions can be one-to-one or small groups of two to three participants.
When and where are the coaching sessions held?
The coaching sessions can be in person or online or a combination of the two. They are held at a time and location convenient for you.
We have staff in different locations. Do you travel?
Yes. Your teams are our priority. Wherever they are located, we are happy to go to them in person or work with them online.

Depending on your requirements, the sessions will be tailored to your needs. In a typical Public Speaking and Presentation Skills session you'll practise speaking skills and you'll develop techniques to improve your presentation style. In a Business Writing session, you'll begin with a self-assessment and from there we'll work together on your specific needs. You will be able to contact your coach between sessions to ask questions on any area where you need clarification.

We're always communicating with different technologies. How current are you?
We live in a technology society. When participants are involved in a writing program, tools within Microsoft Word that will assist with their writing skills are provided. So we keep up to date with software programs that are commonly used across industries. However, the aim of our communication programs is more to do with the skills of communication between humans. We focus on the 'soft' skills, which are essential for any business to prosper.
