In a Business Writing session, you’ll begin with a self-assessment and from there we’ll work together on your specific needs.

You will be able to contact your coach between sessions to ask questions on any area that you need clarification.

Each program is tailored to your specific needs so the number of sessions will vary. Prior to commencing our sessions, we will discuss your requirements and determine the number of sessions that you will need to achieve your goals.
We understand that coaching doesn’t suit everyone. If after the first session you decide that it’s not for you, then you only pay for the first session and we’ll refund the remainder.
We live in a technology society. When participants are involved in a writing program, tools within Microsoft Word that will assist with their writing skills are provided. So we keep up to date with software programs that are commonly used across industries.

However, the aim of our communication programs is more to do with the skills of communication between humans. We focus on the ‘soft’ skills, which are essential for any business to prosper.
